He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Muchmore and Donald Cook; his stepfather Pete Muchmore; and his brothers, Dick and Jerry Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy; and his children, Michael and Tammy.
Grave side burial services will be held at Highland Cemetery February 27, 2026 at 1 p.m. Memorials can be made to Casper's Humane Society or St Jude's Children Research.
