He is survived by: his wife Anne Oldham (Daniel) of Casper, Wyoming; his sons, Robert Daugherty and Daniel Butler; his grandchildren, Jalen Butler, Tayshaun Butler, Ceceila Butler, Sabrina Butler, Chasity Daugherty and Aaron Christopher England; and his nephews, Robert Townsend and Joel Townsend.

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Casper Clubhouse (1032 E L St, Casper, WY 82601).
