He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Merritt Cutts; his grandmothers, Jenne Barhaug and Lucia Cutts; his former wife Mary Ellan Millard; his son David Christopher (Rhonda) of Sturgis, SD; his mother Herborg Angel; his stepfather Nick Angel; his former wife Mary Ellan Cutts; his half-brother Chris Angel; his wife Penny Hitchcock; his daughter Cathleen Jones (Jeff) of Buffalo; his grandchildren, Ryan Jones (Michelle) of Sheridan, Megan Levin (Sam) of Laramie, Kyle, Dylan and Tyler; his daughter Nancy Schmidt (Todd) of Laramie; his grandchildren, Caleb (Abigail) of Bossier City, LA, Kaylee, Jenny, Levi, Bethany, Christiana, Isaac, Jubilee and Isaiah; his son Jeffrey Cutts (Bethany) of Casper; his great grandchildren, Eloise, Elias Schmidt, Benjamin and Max Jones; his half-brother Phillip Angel; his stepbrothers, John and Nick Angel; and his sisters-in-law, Gail Angel, Elsa Angel and Nancy Arnold.
