He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Shilling (Cindy); his children, Carrie Wing (Mike) of Union City, Michael Shilling of Casper, Steven Whittecar (Ashley Walker) of Casper and Amanda Vazquez Garcia of Casper; his grandchildren, Zachary Fitzpatrick, Brandon Fitzpatrick, Nathaniel Fitzpatrick, Allison Price-Wing, Antonio Vasquez Garcia, Arianna Vasquez Garcia and Reagan Wing; his sisters, Mary Morin of Granger and Vicky Fowler of Casper, Wyoming.; his niece Bobbie Fowler; and his great-niece Jolin Fowler.
