He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Ramsey and Kay Ramsey. He is survived by: his girlfriend Michelle Kirby of Casper, WY; and his siblings, Rodney of Casper and Sabrina of Torrington, WY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
