He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Purvis and Dorothy Purvis. He is survived by: his wife Lois Purvis; his children, Joel (Judy), Thad, Taryn and Travis Purvis (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Ethan, Tyler, Austin, Anna, Maddox, Avery and Sinneh Purvis; and his great grandchildren, Emmett, Wyatt and Dixie.
