Walter leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Walter’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Walter will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Bailey and Audrey Bailey (Wayne); and his siblings, Patricia "Pat" Tran (Duy) and James "Jim" Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Connie Bailey (Abee); his sister Judy Scully (Marlan); and his sons, Timothy "Tim" (Sheri "Fred") and Mark (Samantha "Sam"). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Bethel Baptist Church (3030 S Poplar St, Casper, WY 82601).
