She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Alfred Stevenson and Wanda Mary Stevenson; her husband Lynn Perkins; and her brother Gary Stevenson. She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Donmyer (Steven), Joelle Adams and Paula Perkins; her grandchildren, Allison Bush (Adam), Corey Donmyer, Jacob Adams, Emily Adams and Alec Adams; her great grandchildren, Samuel Butcher, Willow Butcher, Treagan Adams, Leo Adams, Grayson Adams, Gabby Adams, Matthew Bush and Maggie Bush; and her brother Neil Stevenson (Nancy). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
