She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rooney and Patricia Rooney; her siblings, Patricia Coleman and Billy Rooney; her siblings-in-law, John DeHaan and Barb Rooney; and her great grandchild Zander Bates.
She is survived by: her spouse Thomas E. DeHoff; her siblings, Bobbie DeHaan, Kathy Deike (Dave) and Tom Rooney (Carol); her brother-in-law Dennis Coleman; her children, Jacquie (Tom), Carolyn (Gayle), Tommy (Michele) and Yvonne (J. D.); her grandchildren, Colin, Kayla of Patrick, TJ, Shane, MacKenzie, Luke, Marcus, Mason, Gavyn and Dylan; and her great grandchildren, Sean, Conner, Austin, Nash, Luca and Boston.
A vigil service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes (1900 E 19th St, Cheyenne, WY 82001). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Cheyenne Memorial Gardens (4701 Christensen Rd, Cheyenne, WY 82009).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Joseph's Church or the Davis Hospice Center.
