Annette Lynn Turner Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on February 4, 2026, at the age of 61, Annette Lynn Turner (Cheyenne, Wyoming) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Annette is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Annette's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Tibbets and Ruth Ann Tibbets. She is survived by: her son David Lee Turner; her husband Bill Turner; and her siblings, Tim Tibbets (Deb) and Sandy Hinners (Frank).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Annette's honor to breast cancer and pancreatic cancer research organizations.
