Barbara will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rafaelita Gurule and Manuel Gurule Jr.; her siblings, Manuel H. Gurule, Barney L. Gurule and Nora L. Gurule; and her nephew Robert Rodriguez Jr..
She is survived by: her siblings, Dorothy Rodriguez of Cheyenne, Patricia Hampton of Cheyenne and Jonney Gurule of Cheyenne; and her stepchildren, Victoria Cordero and Roberto Olague. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wiederspahn Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes (1900 E 19th St, Cheyenne, WY 82001). A vigil service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes (1900 E 19th St, Cheyenne, WY 82001). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (603 House Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82007).
