It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Jo Atkinson of Cheyenne, Wyoming, born in Sturgis, South Dakota, who passed away on October 29, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Richard Atkinson; her siblings, Lucille Chastain, Susie Daniels (Bill), Evie Porter (Lee), Greg Tomasi (Donna) and Jules Tomasi (April); her children, Jeanie Weiss (Bob) and Chris Atkinson (Cherise); her granddaughters, Nici Welsh (Bryan), Lindsey Snyder, Brooke Hickey and Abrielle Atkinson; and her great grandchildren, Jayda, Baylee, Reese and Christine.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cheyenne Animal Shelter in her honor.
