He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughters, Kimberlee Eskierka (Duane) and Whitney Whitworth (Chad); his grandsons, Alexander Eskierka and Jackson Whitworth; his sister Ann; his brother-in-law Butch Kilpatrick; his brother Chris; and his sister-in-law Sandy Ahlstrom.
