Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Bertel Owen Budd (Cheyenne, Wyoming), born in Webster, Wisconsin, who passed away at the age of 92, on May 1, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Henry Budd, Jr. and Floy Bertelson Budd. He is survived by: his brothers, Charles Henry Budd III, Galen, Harold and Ronald; his wife Janice Helen Brinkman; his son Glen Allen; his sons-in-law, Gregg Reisner and Ron Rimby (Caryl Marion); his sister Sharon Alton (Richard); and his children, Becky Casey (Marlin), Kim Reisner, Pam Goodwin (James), Vicky Kmetz (Mike), Dawn Rimby, Kristi Beyer (Thomas) and Brian Budd (Penny Jo). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gideon's International or a memorial fund, which will provide workout equipment along the Cheyenne Greenway. The memorial donations can go to Bertel Budd Memorial Fund at First Education FCU or Venmo @Dawn-Rimby.
