She is survived by: her children, Frank Carter (Janice), Debbie Carter-Horton (Sam), Linda Carter, Becky Carter and Lorrie Hogan; and her grandchildren, Brandi McCormick, Dusty Hays (Heather), Rhianna Haight (James), Justin Carter (Crystal), Kaleena Carter and Patrick Carter (Aimee). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
