It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl E. Rhodes of Cheyenne, Wyoming, born in Bentonville, Arkansas, who passed away on October 2, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Freddie Rhodes and Myrtle Rhodes; and his wife Hazel Rhodes. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Rhodes (Vicki) of Kellogg, IA, Cheryl Rhodes of Cheyenne and Carla Kelley of Loveland, CO; his son-in-law Harvey Wakefield of Kemmerer, WY; and his grandchildren, Tammie, Terry, Yolanda, Jennifer, Cody, Gene and Guy. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
