We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2023, at the age of 92, Carol Rutgers of Cheyenne, Wyoming passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Rutgers and Johanna Rutgers; her daughter Elizabeth (RhoGAM); her husband John; her sibling's children, Cathie, Joel, Jerome, Christina, Sunny, Bill and Nick; her daughter Alexandra; her son-in-law Todd; and her granddaughters, Eliza and Susanna.
