He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence 'Lee' and Gladys Newlin; and his siblings, Roy and Sandy. He is survived by: his children, Cody (Rebecca) of Cheyenne, Michael (Lauren) of Henderson and Brittany (Randy) of Cheyenne; his grandchildren, Catelin, Will, Madilyn and Grayson; and his former wife Sharon of Rolla.
