He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Hough (Bud) and Barbara Jane Hough; and his siblings, Jack and Carrie Ann. He is survived by: his sons, Bud Hough (Candice) of Cheyenne and Bill Hough (Leah) of Eugene Oregon; his stepson Michael Carlson (Laura Weldon) of Sherwood Oregon; his grandchildren, Jonas, Bode, Jackson Hough of Eugene, Jack, Nick Carlson of Sherwood, Evan and Blake Hough of Cheyenne; his wife Kay Carlson; his brother Davey Hough (Robbin Oberheau Hough); his sister-in-law Carol Hough; his nephew Travis Hough (Sarah); and his nieces, Kim Hinker (Larry), Robin Martin, Mindy Inman (Billy) and Ashley Woodhouse.
