She was predeceased by: her parents, Willetta Hallam and Clinton James Funkhauser; and her husband Alex T. Kirkpatrick. She is survived by: her close friend Marilyn; her former spouses, Terri Tidwell (Tom) of Waldron and Jacob Tramp-Johnson (Jonathan) of Fort Collins; her sisters, Mary Marlow of Prescott and Barbara Taylor of Torrington, Wyoming; and her siblings' children, Trinity Barnes (Will) of Cheyenne, Shealyn Barnes of Reno, Nevada, Zollie Rayner of Avondale, Joshua Randall of Sioux Falls, SD, Areena, Joie and Lexi Simonetti of Cheyenne.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers the family would be honored if individuals would consider making a donation to either the Cheyenne Animal Shelter or Davis Hospice in Susie's name.
