He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kraft and Martha Kraft (Schneider); and his siblings, Violet, Ruby, Evelyn, Karen and Delmar.
He is survived by: his former wife Geraldine Dufour; his wife Geri Kraft of Cheyenne; his children, Kevin Kraft (Paula) and Kim Hare (Tim) of Fort Worth; his stepson Adam Dufour of Tuscon; his grandchildren, Chase Hare (Carol), Whitney Hare and Michael Keener; and his great grandchild Conrad Hare.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Delbert's name to the Wounded Warrior Project and the Cheyenne American Legion Post #6.
