He was predeceased by: his son Brian. He is survived by: his son Patrick; his wife Judy; his sister Linda Wolf of Williamsburg; and his children, Donald Jr. and Robin Holbrook. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Davis Hospice Center or charities of choice.
