He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Lewis and Helen Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Judy Schwindt; his children, Vicki Schiller (Neil), Mark Lewis (Mary) and Rebecca Tacy (Levi); his stepchildren, Jeremy Schwindt (Melanie), Jason Schwindt and Jerad Schwindt; and his sister Darlene Goldman (Larry). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
