He is survived by: his wife Jody; his children, Lynda Holthus (Jim) of Windsor, CO, Joe Haak of Colorado Springs, CO, Doug Haak (Kim) of Cheyenne, WY and Matt Haak (Leslie) of Evans, GA.; and his grandchildren, Amber Holthus-Pera (Amy), Dustin Holthus (Kristin), Tyler Haak (Madison Crum), Maddison Haak (Nick Delach), Brienne Reynolds (Kenny) and Andrew Lee.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to either the Parkinson's Foundation or the local Black Dog Animal Rescue located on 9th St in Cheyenne.
