With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward R Skinner (Cheyenne, Wyoming), born in Independence, Kansas, who passed away on July 24, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Manual Skinner and Mildred Jewell Riley; and his sisters, Mildred Louise Isreal and Virginia Ann Fritscle. He is survived by: his significant other Peggie Skinner; his daughters, Missy (Chris) and Andrea (Jerrod); his grandchildren, Dreana, Madison, Trey and Taiya; and his children, Tracy and Michael.
In lieu of flowers we request donations be made in the memory of Edward Skinner and be mailed by check directly to Davis Hospice Center (6000 Sycamore Rd. Cheyenne, WY 82001) out of gratitude for the exceptional care they provided Ed during his very short time there.
