With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eileen Smith of Cheyenne, Wyoming, born in Ord, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 22, 2025 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eileen Smith to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Smith; her daughter Sandra; her parents, William Suchanek and Marie Suchanek; and her brother Kenny Suchanek.

She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Smith (Kristi) and Janet Sherman (Ken); her grandchildren, Allee Birdwell (Ryan), Jason Joyce and Ryan Joyce; her stepgrandchildren, Brenden Rageth (Mikayla), Kayli Leonard (Michael) and Britten Rageth; her great grandchildren, Carleigh and Braylen Birdwell; and her stepgrandchildren, Braxten, Brixley Rageth, Tess, Lewis and Howard Leonard.

Her family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Holy Trinity Catholic Church or St. Mary's School.
