He is survived by: his wife Glenda J. Conley; his children, Theresa Keith (Steven) and Anthony Conley (Larissa); his daughter-in-law Jenell Stites (Daniel); his grandchildren, Dallas Keith, Nathan Conley, Crystal Carpenter, Jaden Conley, A'Lexus Lambright, Axel Conley, Zachery Conley and Maverik Conley; his great grandchildren, Knox Keith, Merideth Keith and Navy Lambright; and his siblings, Roy Conley, Richard Conley, Bob Conley and Patsy Garza. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Cheyenne Apostolic Church (4521 Christensen Rd, Cheyenne, WY 82009). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at the Mountain View Memorial Park Cemetery (10701 Yellowstone Rd, Cheyenne, WY 82009).
