He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Virginia Gutierrez, Juanita Castro and John Gutierrez. He is survived by: his siblings, David Cruz (Kristin), Ashley Cruz (Daniel DeHerrera) and Anna Harper (Paul); his children, Mario, Leondro, Xavier, Angelo and Jaelyn; his nieces and nephews, Daniel Jr., Kevin III, Roman, Thiago, Tyanna, Janessa, Camilla, Amiyah, Mia and Viviana; his grandchildren, Joseph, Grayson, Andreas, Elias, Braelynn and Jayden; his godchildren, Rosie, Elexia, Gabriel and Areyana; and his parents, Christina Gutierrez and Louie Cruz.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel (1900 E 19th St, Cheyenne, WY 82001). A vigil service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (603 House Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82007).
He loved his career as a barber and loved meeting new people and participated in numerous charity events giving free haircuts to the public.
