He is survived by: his sons, Todd Ellingford of Fort Collins, Colorado, Kurt Legerski (Teresa) of Aurora, Colorado and Chad Legerski (Erica) of Cheyenne, Wyoming.; and his brothers, Charles of Billings, Montana, David (Maryanne) of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Richard (Karen) of Sheridan, Wyoming and Donald of Cheyenne, Wyoming.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
