She is survived by: her children, John Vance, Jeffrey Vance, Heather Jackson and Holly Vance; her children-in-law, Sara Nord, Melanie Schilling, Eric Jackson and Evrim Akgul; her grandchildren, Jack, James Vance, Elliott, Hope, Hannah Vance, Caden, Kyla Jackson and Lena Akgul; her siblings, Peter Breslin and Cathy Dougherty; and her sisters-in-law, Terry Vance, Kathy Fretheim and Ginny Vance.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the St. Mary's Cathedral (100 W 21st St, Cheyenne, WY 82001). A reception was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Cathedral of St. Mary (100 W 21st St, Cheyenne, WY 82001).
