Frances R. Spillers Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances R. Spillers (Cheyenne, Wyoming), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 27, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Frances may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Reed and Ruth Reed; her brother Dave Reed; and her husband Jack Spillers. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Barger (Dan), DeWayne Spillers (Diane) and Jack Spillers (Jennifer). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Donations in lieu of flowers may be given to the Cheyenne Animal Shelter.
