Francine M. Kean Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francine M. Kean of Cheyenne, Wyoming, born in Dodge City, Kansas, who passed away on November 3, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Bleumer and Helen M. Bleumer (Lix). She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Kean of Cheyenne; her children, Kelsey Kean (Nicole) of Cheyenne, Erik Kean (Kathryn) of Ft. Collins, Alex Kean (Beth) of Laramie, Wyoming and Natalie Kean (Adam Watkins) of Alexandria, Virginia; her grandchildren, Annika, Ainsley, Kaden, Amelia, Lindsey, Adeline, Nathan and Charlotte; her siblings, Karen Steiner (Darrell) of Overland Park, Kansas, Farrel Bleumer (Mary Ellen) of Ingalls and Maurice Bleumer (Judy) of Wright, Kansas; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Kean (Nancy) of Noblesville, Indiana, Mary Margaret Kean and Chris Kean of Atchison, Kansas. She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
