He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Smith and John Garber; and his brother Frank Garber. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Garber; his siblings, James Garber (Jean), John Garber (Debbie) and Ann Armstrong (Don); and his children, Cara Austin, Richard Garber (Brandy) and David Morsette (Dusty). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, you may donate to your favorite animal shelter or to The Micheal J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research in his memory.
