He was predeceased by: his parents, George B. Owen and Ruth E. Owen; and his daughter Megan Keller. He is survived by: his sisters, Kathy and JoAnn; and his wife Harriet Alice Hottell of Harrisburg, Nebraska.. He is also survived by 4 children, 13 grandchildren, 2 sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home (2222 Russell Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001).
