She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon C. Watson, Sr. and Georgia L. Watson (Cunningham); her husband George N. Frank, Jr.; her brother-in-law J. J. Foreman, Jr.; and her stepson Daniel Frank.

She is survived by: her son Kevin Brookshire (Kimm) of Cheyenne; her stepson Bryan Frank (Celest) of Montana; and her siblings, Mary L. Foreman of Macon, Georgia and Leon Watson, Jr. (Linda) of Perry, Georgia. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
