It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Avery Hill Jr. (Cheyenne, Wyoming), who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Marie Hill and Howard Hill; his foster parents, Jim Russell and Pat Russell; and his sister-in-law Christena Russell (Special Olympic Coach).

He is survived by : his siblings, Roger, Michael, Kenny, Agnes (Jim) and Dorothy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes (1900 E 19th St, Cheyenne, WY 82001). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Cheyenne Memorial Gardens (4701 Christensen Rd, Cheyenne, WY 82009).
