He was predeceased by: his parents, H. C. Shockley and Jean Shockley; and his brother Marvin. He is survived by: his wife Penny Shockley of Cheyenne; his children, Lance Shockley (Holly Hardin), Wendy Carson (Darrin) of Torrington, WY, Jackie Emmett (Clint) of Moscow, ID, Jennifer Carmen (Marc), Sofia, Bulgaria and Luke Shockley (Erin) of Cheyenne, WY.; and his grandchildren, Katelin Shockley, Kylie, Tate, Kealy Carson, Jocelyn, Isabella, Chloe, Alexis, Brooklyn Carmen, Bailey Crothers (Jonas), Paige, Jackson Emmett, Macy and Aspen Shockley.
