It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Albert Cotton of Cheyenne, Wyoming, who passed away on December 30, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Cotton and Marjorie Cotton; and his wife Jean K. Cotton. He is survived by: his son Justin Cotton; his sisters, Patricia Haglund and Sandy Wasmuth; his daughters, Katy Cotton (Wade Vielhak) and Ruth Cotton-Myers (Kevin Myers); his siblings' children, Sherry Garhart (Kevin), Richard Haglund Jr. (Christian), Debbie Fisher (Rob) and Jim Wasmuth (SueAnn); his grandchildren, Rhiannan, Elizabeth, Ted Dennon, Naomi, Faith and Madison Kerbs; his great grandchildren, Makenleigh, Kira, Evren and Owen; Bryon Kerbs (Veronica) and Leah Dennon (Gary).
