He is survived by: his wife Susan Miller; his children, Robin Miller, Jody Gilliland (Steve) and Justin Miller (Brandi); his stepchildren, Mandy (John Estes), Christine Lien, Colette Lee (Ryan), Christopher Lein (Veronica) and Jeremy Lien (Shelly); and his sister Lonna Maylone. He is also survived by grandchildren whom he adored; and two great-grandchildren.
