He is survived by: his wife Deanna Folkman; his daughters, Traci Alford (Gordon) and Rebecca Rabino (Robert); his stepdaughter Bridgette Shaw (Shaun); his grandsons, Jeremiah Edmunds and Josiah Bocanegra; his father Wayne Folkman (Gayla); and his sisters, Marel, Rio and Pamela Folkman (Steve).
