He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. Cullen and Vanita A. Cullen. He is survived by: his wife Shari Cullen; his brother Mark Cullen (Lettica); and his children, Christina Blanton (Alan) and Eric Cullen (Brittany). He is also survived by grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes (1900 E 19th St, Cheyenne, WY 82001). A reception will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at 1900 E 21st St, Cheyenne, WY 82001.
