He is survived by: his daughter Felicity Hayes (Fizzy); his father Chad Hayes; his stepmother MeeJung Hayes; his mother Autumn Petty; his stepfather Harry Petty; his siblings, Jedediah Shively, Brieanna Hayes (Josh), Nevaeh Hayes (Michael), Nari Hayes, Trista Miller (Josh) and Shay Petty (April); and his grandparents, Patty Land, Duane, Cindy Hayes, Amanda, Orlin Ostby, Allen and Mary Lou Walburn. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
