It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph Anthony Burns of Cheyenne, Wyoming, born in Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on July 9, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Burns and Mary Burns; and his brothers, Thomas and Louis. He is survived by: his wife Carmelrose Martin of Cheyenne; and his children, Patrick (Karen) of Hendersonville, NC, Kathleen Parks (Jim) of Rogers, AR, Michael Burns of Cotopaxi, CO, James Burns of Cheyenne and Margaret Botkins of Cheyenne. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
