We are sad to announce that, on July 6, 2022, at the age of 78, Joseph Roybal Jr. of Cheyenne, Wyoming, born in Loveland, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Roybal and Mercedes Roybal (Vigil); his brothers, Adam Roybal, Valentine Roybal, Isadore Roybal and James Roybal (Jimmie); his sister-in-law Mary Roybal; his sons, Joseph and Adam Roybal; and his grandson Elijah Joseph Mancha.
He is survived by: his children, Amy Hassinger (Dan), Shannon Barela (Jerry), Jennifer Jacoby (Gina), Dominic Jacoby, Mariah Mancha (Alex) and Chris Frescaz (Cherise); his grandchildren, Paul J. Martinez, Savannah Love Martinez, Sierra Jacoby, Isabella Mancha, Jett Jacoby and Elena Mancha; and his siblings, Jerry Roybal, Arthur (Dicky), Delores Torres (Clarence), Mary (Hoppie), Macias (Armando), Kathy Roybal, Linda Abeyta (Martin), Delma Roybal and Emily Llanez (Jesse). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
