“I’m so sorry to hear about Karen’s passing. I found out from my younger brother who had Karen as a Spanish teacher at Central. I knew Karen and her brothers (David and Mark) during my time swimming four years at Central. Karen was a very nice and gracious person who was generous to all who knew her. My wife, Ginger Reynick Soumokil, went through rush with Karen at UW in 1985. My family is praying for her husband and children and her brothers and parents. Again, I extend my heartfelt condolences from my whole family. Love in Christ, Scott Soumokil.”
