He is survived by: his parents, Gay Horn and Phil Van Horn; his brother Scott; his sister-in-law Christy; his niece Laura; his nephew Jacob Van Horn; his aunts and uncles, Janie (Rick Thamer), Lisa (Dave Halsey), Andee (Dan Ahrens), Mike (Sue Van Horn) and Patrick (Wendy Van Horn); and his cousins, Katie Wickman (Pat) of Boise, Sarah Daniels (Eric) of Denver, Cortney Peterson (Kalen) of Seattle, Ben Thamer (Ailee) of Amarillo, Anna Ahrens and John Daniel Ahrens (JD).
