He is survived by: his wife Shirlee; his sons, Doug (Bianca) and Mike (Amy); his grandchildren, Alex, Natasha, Rebecca, Evan, Shane, Brooke, Madison Horam and Benjamin Harrison; and his siblings, Paul, Steve Miller, Peggy Levinson (Doug) and Mary Chapman (John). He is also survived by his family and friends.
