She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Charles Ganucheau; her husband Allen Cates; her children, Michael Cates (Shelly) of Windsor, CO, Maureen Florita (Dave), Jeanne Van Risseghem (Bob), Dan Cates (Ann) of Eugene, OR, Steve Cates (Tobi) and Kevin Cates (Teryl); and her siblings, Raymond, Gilbert, Marcelle Williams, Elise Mooney and Charles Ganucheau. She was also cherished by 21 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
