She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Blair Osborn and Dorothy Winifred Briggs; her husband John Powell Simons; her brothers, R. Blair Osborn, Stephen Briggs Osborn and J. Kirk Osborn; and her son Clayton Osborn Simons.
She is survived by: her son William Blair Simons of Denver; her granddaughter Madeline Rose Simons of St Louis, MO; her sisters-in-law, Alice Cunningham of Seattle, Tania Osborn of Chapel Hill, NC and Susan M. Osborn of Citrus Heights, CA; and her sibling's children, Robert B. Osborn of Sacramento, CA, Kendall Mason Osborn of San Rafael, CA, Steve Simons of Brea, CA, Michela Jantzen Osborn of Mebane, NC, Jenna Kirk Osborn of Washington, DC, Julianne Simons of Denver and Janet Ancona of Newton, NJ.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Christian Church (219 W 27th St, Cheyenne, WY 82001).
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, friends contribute to the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens or a charity of one's choice.
