He is survived by: his wife Cathy Woods; his children, Jordann Hoff (Sean Muth) of Minneapolis, MN, Ashley Weber (Tyler) of Bloomington, MN, Jake Woods of Cheyenne, WY and Emily (James); his parents, Jim Woods and Edna Woods; his siblings, Jim Woods (Leah), Kristen Spiker (Jeff), Jeff Woods (Jennifer) and Josh Woods (Lindsey); his siblings-in-law, Michael DeCarlo (Sonia), Kaleb Kenneaster (Katie) and Denise Hondel (David); and his father-in-law Mike DeCarlo (Barbara).
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at 1210 W 8th Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001.
